- Depuis le début de l’année, les licences sur les séries tombent plus vite et en plus grand nombre. Vis-à-vis de cela, l’équipe de Totoro-News va modifier sa politique au niveau des licences.


- 1ère : Pour être référencé sur le site il ne faut aucune série licenciée dans les projets en cours. Pour cela, nous allons mettre à la disposition des utilisateurs du site une base de données de licences sur le site http://animelicences.totoro-news.net/ (La liste se completera de jour en jour). Toutes les séries qui y sont présentes sont considérées comme licenciées. Bien sûr, il se peut qu’une erreur se soit glissée parmi ces licences donc nous pouvons en discuter et ainsi mettre à jour cette base avec des informations toujours les plus exactes possibles. Pour ce qui est des séries qui sont dites de « licence perdue » par les éditeurs, il vous faut apporter la preuve de ce que vous avancez mais je n’annoncerai pas cette série s’il y a déjà eu un support en France (qu’il soit télévisuel, vidéo ou autre). Toutefois le Fansub de cette série peut être possible vu que personne n’en a les droits. Les séries sont considérées comme licenciées dans leur intégralité même si seuls quelques épisodes sont licenciés. Car bien évidemment, la suite sera licenciée prochainement par l’éditeur donc celle-ci arrivera plus tard (les licences coûtent cher). Les licences Grisées sont des licences dont nous n'avons pas encore la certitude. Le fansub est toléré mais nous n'annoncerons plus ces séries sur le site.

- 2ème : Pour être référencé sur le site il faut commencer les séries depuis le début. Ce n’est pas dans l’esprit de Fansubber une série que l’on a envie de faire découvrir. Seule la transmission du projet d’une team à une autre est autorisée pour continué une série.

- 3ème : Les séries qui se poursuivent sur plusieurs saisons, comme GantZ par exemple, et dont les épisodes se comptent du 01 au XX, lorsqu’elles sont licenciées, le sont dans leur globalité. Par conséquent, si la première saison est licenciée, toutes les autres saisons le sont. Il en va de même pour la gestion des projets. A savoir que si la série se poursuit sur plusieurs saisons, il faut la Fansubber depuis le début.
A différencier des séries qui existent sur plusieurs saisons mais dont on peut voir chacune indépendamment (ex : Ramuiro Senkitan, Mahoromatic, ...).

- 4ème : Quand une série TV est licenciée, nous considèrons les épisodes spéciaux aussi comme étant licenciés mais pas en ce qui concerne les OAV et films (ce sont des entités à part).


Dans la pratique :

Ouverture d’un chan pour nous joindre plus facilement #totoro-news@worldnet.net. Les échanges de fichiers sur ce chan sont interdits.

Suppression de la partie « 20 dernières RLZ » (car elle ne sert à rien) et mise en place de la section « 5 dernières teams référencées » sur le site.

Nous n’annoncerons plus les previews, ni les versions 2 et supérieurs (les versions DVD seront toutefois prises en compte et gardées vu que le support d’origine change et qu’il arrive que les épisodes deviennent plus long, ou qu’une partie de l’épisode se voit retravaillée par le studio, par conséquent, une version un peu différente).

Pour les nouvelle teams qui veulent être référencées sur le site. Il faut qu'elle est au moins réalisé un fansub et qu’il soit out, avant de pouvoir figurer sur le site.

Nous n'annoncerons plus les sites sur la page de garde. Il existe la page liens pour les sites des teams (Il faut que je trouve le temps pour la mettre à jour :(). Sinon vous avez à votre disposition un espace sur le forum pour présenter vos sites: Ici.


Mise en Place: (Comment ca va se passer ?)

Pour mettre en place ces nouveaux axes du site. Nous allons supprimer toutes les teams du site. Si vous êtes en accord avec ce qui est marqué plus haut vous pouvez venir nous voir sur le chan nouvellement ouvert et je vous mettrai dans la liste des teams référencées sur le site.
